Our Founders

At the heart of the Silver Sky Foundation is a team of dedicated coaches, mentors, and community leaders who believe baseball is about more than the game. We are parents, volunteers, and athletes ourselves, united by a shared vision: to help kids in Northern Utah and beyond grow as players, leaders, and teammates.

Together, we bring passion, experience, and heart to every practice, game, and community event -- not only shaping stronger athletes, but stronger futures.

Founder / Executive Director

Tyler Denham

Baseball has been a lifelong passion for Ty--one that started as soon as he could walk. Growing up, Ty played on competitive tournament teams up and down the West Coast, developing his skills first as a catcher and later as a versatile utility player.

That love for the game has carried into his role as a coach, where he has spent the last 4 years leading and mentoring youth teams. Ty is especially passionate about player development, helping kids not only sharpen their skills on the field but also grow in confidence, resilience, and leadership.

As the founder and executive director of the Silver Sky Foundation, Tyler brings his experience as a player, coach, and parent to guide the organization's mission: making baseball accessible, fun, and transformative for young athletes across Northern Utah. His vision is simple but powerful--helping kids fall in love with the game while shaping the leaders of tomorrow.
